Default I am going to try this

Staying motivated has always been my biggest problem. I start out full of motivations and continue for a while and feel really good. But somewhere along the way the motivations starts to go away and I end up right back where I started. I found this article and it makes sense. I am going to give it a try.

Keeping a journal and documenting your exercise and weight loss progress is one of the best ways to stay motivated about losing weight and you learn a lot too. Over the years I have kept track of my daily exercise, calories eaten and weight in a journal, but to be honest I get lazy and stop doing it all the time. Recently though I discovered the free diet tracker on fitday.com and I'm really into it. I particularly love how it gives you a nutritional breakdown of everything you have eaten so you can see exactly how many carbs, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals are in your diet. Really interesting stuff and it's helped me start to really understand how to balance my diet.

Thanks for the tip and keep up the good effort!
