Question What is a good weight loss food that I should add to my diet

I know that there isn't one miracle food that I can eat that will help me lose weight, but in your opinion what do you think is the best food that I should add to my diet that will really help me with my efforts to shed excess fat?

Eggs (as long as you're not vegan of course). I say eggs because they are high in protein and they are low in calories (especially when you boil or poach them). They are tasty and can be added to a salad or to lots of other meals and they'll provide you with energy and fill you up so you don't crash after you eat. Plus, eggs are not high in bad cholesterol as it was once belied. You can easily make eggs a regular part of your diet and be fine. I'm not saying you should eat a dozen every day or anything, but don't be afraid to make them a more normal part of your diet.

That's actually a really good suggestion :) Anyone else have any ideas they want to share?

Carrots! they're low in calories (50 cals per carrot stick) and they are chalk full of nutrients including Vitamin A, which may actually help you get rid of pesky abdominal fat (with exercise of course). They are also a good source of fiber.
