Default What are some ways I can naturally work exercise into my lifestyle

I want to exercise more but I feel like I don't have enough time in the day to do it. how are some ways that I can burn calories without having to take the time out to go to the gym? All opinions and suggestions are welcome :)

The easiest ways are to make yourself move more. For instance, if you go to work, the mall, etc. Purposely park further away from the door so you have to walk longer to get there. Also whenever you have the option to take stairs instead of an elevator (and it's safe to do so) take the stairs.

I agree that you need to move around more by forcing yourself to walk or take stairs. Any time you have the option to walk somewhere without needing to take a car, choose to walk.

Try to walk every day or do a workout at home by working it into your daily schedule. Even 10 minutes is better than nothing. I know that it's hard to do, but it's important that you don't fall into the trap of believing that you don't have enough time to get the exercise you need. You do, it's just a matter of making it a priority and doing it.Try not to give yourself excuses like you're too tired or you don't have enough time, etc.

Try dancing while you clean the house. Every once in a while get up and jog on the spot. Essentially, it's all about choosing to move when it's a logical (and safe) option vs. doing a sedentary activity (e.g. walk instead of taking the stairs, escalator, elevator, etc.)
