Thumbs up Dieting Has No End

This isn't really a trick - more of a mindset - Dieting Has No End . When you reach your weight loss goal don't go back to your old ways or poor eating habits and no exercise. To maintain your new weight you're going to have to keep up all these great new habits you have learned. You can probably eat a few more calories every day, but all 'n all a maintenance diet is very similar to a weight loss diet.

It isn’t possible to live on a diet all your life – just change eating habits and slim slowly but surely. It prevents from gaining weight like after any diet.
