Hi,

i am 35 and 95 pounds, just to let you know, always wait 3 hours after you eat before you begin a good workout. i am always hungry a half an hour after i work out. And a piece of fruit always satisfies me. You can also try some Pita Bread and Hummus, it is expensive but it tastes excellent, is very healthy for you, and is low in fats and calories. hope that helped!
