Default Best Diet Pill

What's a good diet pill that would work well if you used it in conjunction with weight watchers?

I would say any diet pills designed to burn fat, boost metabolism, improve your mental focus and helps you to control your appetite. So, probably something that contains caffeine and green tea in its ingredients.

I'd also choose a diet pill that acted like a thermogenic (burns fat to heat up the body) or even a fat blocker, to help prevent you from absorbing some of the fat that you eat into calories.

Definitely a fat burner and appetite suppressant. Maybe look for ingredients like caffeine and theobormine. I'm not saying these are the only good ingredients but I've heard good things about them, particularly in terms of fat burning and for controlling hunger.

Thanks guys! I'll look into a good fat burner. I don't actually believe in appetite suppressants...I seriously don't think anything other than the more potent prescription drugs can make that miracle happen.

I also think a fat burner with caffeine is also your best bet.

To be honest, Jan, even some potent prescription drugs don't cause appetite suppression for everyone, either. That being said, I also agree that a thermogenic fat burner, particularily one with green tea is your best bet. Just remember that its best to take it before you workout for maximum fat burning effects.

Really? Some prescription drugs don't work either? Why would people be prescribed them if they are ineffective?

They work for some people but mostly I feel like these drugs exist because the FDA needs to approve them so something exists on the market. The organization is often pressured into approving new weight loss drugs. For many people taking these drugs often the benefits do not outweigh the risks.

I think that's one of the most terrible things I've heard. Isn't the FDA supposed to protect people? What's the point of them existing to regulate stuff if they're just going to crack under pressure and approve things that my not be safe just to appease doctors or an industry?
