I fill it out click save at the last then nothing. Help!

Scroll down a bit. It should give you a little code that you can add to your forum profile or social media or whatever. Once you fill it out and click, it should provide you with a code.

If you’re training as a runner and you’re building toward a half marathon or another specific goal, this is a really helpful tool for keeping track and watching progress.

I like that these keep the big picture in mind. It's not the one time workout that I have problems with for motivation. It's the workout tomorrow and next week that I might not do. This keeps me going.

I wonder if the ticker would work on the mobile web, too. I bet that'd work great because you can use it when you're out exercising, too.

In case anyone was wondering about the same thing I was a while back, I've made this work just fine on both my tablet and my ereader so that makes it really convenient for me to use while I'm exercising since it means I don't have to turn on my whole computer.

According to my exercise ticker, I’ve just hit the 50 mile mark for walking! :D

I’m feeling very proud of myself and glad I started using this thing to measure my progress. I have this, the weight ticker, and I’m journaling, too. I’m trying to do everything right.

Only 50 more miles to go and I reach my goal…no idea what comes after that haha.

I noticed that these tickers were on the weight loss forum and I liked the way they helped to show how far you've come, but can you put this on Facebook, too? If not, does it work for Twitter? I'm not really sure how they work, but I'd like to use them. Does anybody know?

these types of tickers work pretty much anywhere you can add some html or bb code. normally, they are designed to be added to your signature box when you are a member of a forum, but technically speaking, if you have the option to add code to whatever it is you're doing you should be able to use it. i don't think facebook and twitter have these options (yet).

It would be nice if the people who make the markers could make one of a man and one of a woman walking. :-)

I can’t say that I’m all that wild about exercising, so anything that can help me to improve my activity level is welcome for me. That’s what I like about these little tickers. Both this one and the weight loss one give me a visual about my progress.

I use it like a challenge. 8)I see what I’ve done so far and then I try to beat myself at my own score in the race. It works. I can stay motivated because I know that I have to enter my results into the ticker, so I want to do better every time.

These tickers are a lot of fun. It's like playing a little game with yourself, but when you win, it's not just that you get a high score, you actually do something healthy for yourself!

They're a great way to monitor your progress, but they're handy and fun, too.

Also, you've gotta love the price! Free is always great with me :D

I really like the tickers they have on this site. I can’t believe it took me so long to discover them. I just bookmarked mine so that every time I exercise, I can submit my latest results so that I can keep myself motivated with the progress of my little character.

This is such a cute way to keep track of my progress. It goes well with my weight loss diary. It's nice to be able to visually follow along with my progress toward my weight loss goal. I really love that this is one of the many features of this site and that they're free!
