The Fat X Program is a fat burning workout program with a recommended eating plan that should help maximize what the exercise can do for your body. If you eat a bad diet, the program is not going to work as well for you, but that does not mean you have to give up. As with any diet and exercise program, you may have to try a few times before you get it right, but you can also tailor it a bit to your own personal needs and physical and mental condition. If you give the program just twelve days, you should see some improvement in your overall physical condition.

The eating plan gives you specific foods ratios through which you should build your eating menu for each day. This might take some thought on your part, and you may struggle with it at first. This, however, is something that will become much easier to you as time goes on. As long as you pay attention to the rules when eating and menu planning, you should soon learn to automatically pick the right foods and meals without much thought once you are use to what you are supposed to be doing.

When choosing foods, you want to get 60% of your daily calories from vegetables, preferably the green ones. These are the basics of your diet, but you may have to find some creative ways to include these. There is more variety there than you think. You can add some colorful vegetables to your greens for more variety, but make sure the green is in there. That is where you get the most benefit. The next 30% of your diet should come from lean proteins like lean meats, fish, and eggs. Five percent comes from fruits and/or nuts, and the last five percent should be anything that you want. According to the plan, this is important to keep the cravings away (read more about how protein helps to end food cravings here "How Protein Curbs Hunger").

Once you have the eating plan down, you then turn to the exercise part of the Fat X exercise program. This is something you have to find online. The person behind this program has offered a download of the principles and guidelines to exercising the right way, along with a series of videos to show you what you should do and how to be sure you are doing it the right way.

You can also find helpful hints that will keep you going in the right direction. There are essential rules for doing the right cardiovascular exercises, along with 15 rules for weight loss and exercise. You may also want to find out more about making low-carb, protein smoothies to enhance your energy stores before a workout, and some interesting tips about calories and calorie counting that help you stay on track with the Fat X exercise and diet program.
