What are some non-stimulant diet pills that work? I'm wondering because I want to avoid caffeine and other stimulants as much as possible, but I feel like there are not actually any other ingredients out there that charge the metabolism or ignite fat burning like ingredients that stimulant your central nervous system. Am I wrong about that? Do vitamins like B12 actually work?

I think the term "non-stimulant" means that it can contain an ingredient that is or that contains a stimulant but there is so very little of the stimulant in there that it's considered non stimulating because it doesn't produce stimulant effects (e.g a small amount of green tea). Meanwhile "Stimulant-free" means that there are 100% zero stimulants in the formula, so no green tea no nothing that contains a hint of a stimulant.Originally posted by Gina View PostThere's a difference between non-stimulant and stimulant free? Aren't they they same thing and just worded differently?

Oh wow. I had no idea. That seems like sneaky marketing to me! Thanks for informing me of the difference!Originally posted by 1000kw View Post

They aren't and it's easy to get lose in all the marketing hype. There are so many products on the market that either don't work or that may work but are dangerous. But...I guess that's just the risk you take when you're considering purchasing anything from an unregulated market...Originally posted by jenny25 View Post
It does seem like sneaky marketing. It annoys me when manufacturers are not upfront about the products that they make.
