  • How do I beat mild Phentramin D headaches?

I've just started on Phentramin D recently and I've had a few headaches along with it. I really love the weight loss results that I'm getting, so I don't want to stop using it. Does anyone know how to get around the headaches? They're not bad, they're just annoying. Thanks!

Have you thought about drinking more water in around the time that you take the pills. You might be getting headaches from dehydration so if you drink more water, you'll reduce your chances of getting the headaches. Some people who use Phentramin D also find that if they have headaches at the start, they go away after a little while of using them.

Drink lots of water and if it gets uncomfortable enough, take a regular strength ibuprofen to take the edge off. I find that a little bit of lavender oil dripped onto my skin or my clothing like the collar of my shirt can also ease a headache if it's just a mild one. If you use a sleep mask, that's a great place for a drop of lavender oil.

Make sure that you start your day with some stretches and some exercises, and then exercise again later in the day, such as in the early evening. This will encourage your body to breathe, circulate blood, and produce brain chemicals that reduce pain and inflammation. You can naturally beat the mild headaches this way!

Most people I know who have taken it say that the headaches go away within a couple weeks. Your body is just getting used to it and once it's adjusted you won't get them anymore. You could pop an advil in the meantime though as that will help.

Try to beat them if they get bad enough, but otherwise just ride it out and see if they go away on their own. A lot of times, they do. If they don't, then it's up to you to decide what's more important, the weight loss or getting rid of the nuisance headaches.
