Ok, I can see a small prob with your diet. That explains why you are gaining, if you don't mind a few suggestions, I will share.
Try for breakfast
One cup of cereal (plain oatmeal or rice puffs). One cup fat free milk. Cut up half of a banana or a forth cup of berries. And one boiled egg.
Lunch
4oz boiled chicken with salsa and carrot & celery sticks
Supper
Half of apple, 3oz baked sweet potato, if you use butter replace with sea salt olive butter.
This is just a rough idea. The trick is drink 20 oz water 1 hour before and 30 min. after you eat. I will copy and paste the portion sizes you can have per serving. If you take small bites, use baby spoon and small dishes you will eat alot less and get full really quick. Just humor me and give it a try.
I'm doing better, went walk / jog tonight. Feels good but boy am I tiered. I have not weighed today. Going to wait till Friday. Good luck. Write back quick, I look for encouragement.
