  • Please check with your doctor before decreasing your calories to low numbers. He will let you know if your body can handle the changes in nutrition.
    For me personally I never ate alot of food to start with. I just had bad judgment on the quality. Just because it looks or sounds healthy it may just as well not be. Please keep me posted on your journey.... never give up never surrender..... your human one mistake is just a mistake two can be a habit...
