Hot Water with Lemon Weight Loss Benefits

Here’s how you can use hot water with lemon for the most weight loss benefits:

 

  • Shortly after waking up in the morning, warm some water and add a lemon slice to it.  Drink the full glass of water at a normal speed (no need to drag it out or chug it down).  This will help to stimulate your digestive system so that it isn’t still “asleep” and sluggish when you eat your breakfast. 
  • The water should be boiled (in a kettle, on the stove, or in the microwave) but allowed to cool enough that you won’t burn yourself.
