  • Diet drops vs diet pills

Are diet drops better than diet pills? Are they just as effective or are they the exact same? I'm wondering which one to try and if it turns out that the drops are better or equal, I'd rather take them to pills because I think it will be easier for me. I'm not overly fond of swallowing pills.

I honestly think for the most part they should work about the same, especially as long as you take them precisely as recommended. That said, from what I've seen, on the whole, diet drops are a lot more expensive over the long run compared to diet pills. Also, while diet drops are easier to take, pills are a little easier to take in public...

How would diet drops even work? I mean how could your body absorb them the same way that they do pills? I can't see them both having the same benefit. Plus, wouldn't you need to take a lot of drops and wouldn't it also be easy to accidentally take too many??

Hmmm that's true, I never really thought about the expense part. I actually looked into it, and you're right. Some diet drops required you to take like 30 drops per dose...that's kinda crazy and, yeah, I don't think I'd want to do that in public lol.

How do diet drops actually work though? I mean I guess they're just absorbed into your body and blood stream? I can't imaging them being as effective as pills. I dunno, I just don't trust it. Am I the only one who feels this way?

Yup, your body absorbs them just like it does with diet pills. That said, the real reason why diet drops can be a pain is that they do tend to be more expensive per bottle compared to diet pills because you go through the bottle a lot fast due to the number of drops you need to take at a time for it to produced the effects.
