  • Can I take this if I'm sensitive to stimulants?

I want to give this diet pill a try, but I know it does contain caffeine. That said, I've never been good at guessing how much is too much caffeine in diet pills. My max caffeine tolerance is two mugs of coffee today. Does this product have more caffeine in it than that?

Thanks! Never took this into account and I do like dark chocolate.

Okay, I think I'll start by taking the pills only and then see how much additional caffeine I can take (if I feel I need/want it) without it pushing me over the edge. Thanks to everyone who weighed in

I don't know if it has more than that, but what you need to understand is that drinking caffeine from coffee isn't the same as taking a dose of caffeine anhydrous. With caffeine in pills you get the potent dose all at once, that's one of the reasons why it can make you jittery. Maybe assess your tolerance first.
