Does this cause headaches?

Just tried this for one day and had a massive headache. I don't know if it's from this or something else. ANyone else get headaches from this? I do get headaches on occasion but this one was bad. I'm scared to try again.

I haven't heard of headaches because of Proactol but I've heard of a lot of digestive upset. Nausea, diarrhea, the whole package. That can happen. Also fat-soluble vitamin deficiencies could possibly happen, though I haven't heard of that personally.
