Does anyone know if proactol is okay for breast feeding? As far as I can tell there doesn't seem to be many ingredients that could harm a baby drinking breast milk. Am I wrong?

While I'm inclined to say it should probably be alright. I'd REALLY recommend that you ask your doctor about that one. To start, read the instructions/direction on the box or on the pamphlet the product came with to see what it says. Usually there are warnings regarding who shouldn't take it or whether or not it effects unborn children or children who are nursing.

Couldn't agree more. When in doubt don't take it. When it concerns the health of your baby, really don't take it. If it is important for you to lose weight, it's far better for you to talk to your doctor about safe options. It's likely best to not take any diet pills at all during this time. I'd focus on controlling your diet and exercise as much as possible. Good luckOriginally posted by 1000kw View PostI wouldn't take it while I was breast feeding. Yeah, I guess you're right. I guess if I'm asking the question I've already answered it. If I've got doubts I just shouldn't do it. Honestly, why do you sometimes have to ask a dumb question to realize you already know the answer...Originally posted by 1000kw View PostI wouldn't take it while I was breast feeding.
