    Treadmill vs. Exercise Bike

    I'm debating on which machine to use. Does a treadmill offer you a better workout than an exercise bike in terms of burning calories. Does anyone know which one gives your body a better overall workout?

    Did you ever get a bike or an elliptical trainer Penny? If you didn't or you did, how is this working out for you?

    Really? I never thought about this machine. I'd never even heard about it before until you mentioned it lol. I'm actually going to look into it. That said, I may just go with the bike.

    I'm also a fan of exercise bikes. I find them a lot easier on my body than treadmills. I also find that they break down a heck of a lot less and they take up WAY less room.

    I'm actually a fan of an exercise bike. I find that it's easier on my joints and I end up burning more calories because I get less tired. I feel like if I want to get what a treadmill can give me I'll just take a walk. I'm too afraid to bike outside (worried I'll fall) so I far prefer to use this machine indoors :)
