Will I fill hungrier if I lose even more weight?

I lost 22 Kg around two years ago. It's not easy for me to keep this weight to be honest, so I wonder if my appetite would increase even more if I lose even more weight.
I?d like to lose another 5 kilos to my ideal weight of 78 Kg.
This would benefit me, as I run for sport and this would increase my times and stress my feet less since I have flat feet.
My doubt is: will I feel hungrier after losing more weight?
    I'd appreciate any opinions.
    Age: 57
    Weight: 83.5 Kg
    Height: 1.87m
    Gender: male

I agree. If you can pile the vegetables high on your plate, you'll be able to fill up without the calorie load. Put the veggies on your plate first and make sure it covers at least half the space. Then, eat the veggies first and eat slowly so your brain has the time to register how full your stomach is. Your stomach tells the brain how full it is by expanding because it contains so much food. Still, the brain doesn't get the message immediately. Give it at least 10 minutes. So, if you eat your whole plate of food and you still feel hungry, wait 10 minutes. Then decide if you really want more food and how much you want. The 10 minutes won't hurt you but it will give your brain time to figure out how much your stomach has expanded.

If you lose it gradually and in a healthy way, your stomach will actually shrink. Also, follow a diet full of veggies. You can eat lots so you won't be hungry.
