There is no healthy way to lose weight fast. It needs to be done gradually over time to be sustainable.

      Lose weight fast.

Stop eating things with added sugar.

      Stop eating processed foods.

Consider a large Pizza has lots of carbs and lots of salt. There is 3000mg of salt in the marinara sauce, 3000mg of salt in the cheese, 3000mg of salt from the bacon, add 3000mg of salt for stuffed crust. 3000mg for the sausage. A person stores 3 to 4 grams of water for every gram of carbs eat, add in the water retention from the salt and up goes the weight. Oh, those take and bakes have even more added salt.

I?ve been trying to shed upper body fat for a while, and honestly, mixing some targeted strength moves with consistent cardio helped more than I expected. Tracking my workouts on gymstracker.com made it way easier to see what was actually working and stick with it.

          Hello,
You can?t lose fat only in the upper body, but a general calorie deficit and regular workouts reduce overall body fat, including the upper part.
The fastest results come from combining cardio with strength training on machines, especially the rowing machine, the elliptical trainer, and back and shoulder machines.
Even with intensive training, the process takes time, so consistency and a moderate diet are essential.
