I'm a large man, as you can see from my photo, and I NEED to get rid of this weight before it kills me. I'm looking for a workout routine that won't kill me in the process.
A friend of mine said I should cut down to 1000 calories a day, but I think that's a bit too low. Any ideas? Thanks!

Also if you are feeling up to it, I just posted a good list of easy exercises that you can do AT HOME and you don't need any experience or any special equipment to do them so that might be a good place for you to start. Here is a link:
