    What specific foods and exercises should I be doing to make my immune system stronger? I'm trying to be healthy overall but what specifics should I use?

    I think blueberries or salmon (or both, just not together haha). They are both really great in things like antioxidants and omega-3s that they must be just powerhouses for your immune system.

      Try taking vitamins or eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking lemon water will boost your immune system and not make your diet worse.
