    I've been reading about healthy recipes for losing weight and a lot of them talk about organic ingredients. I know that they can be healthier because they don't have chemicals, but does anyone know if organic foods help you lose weight faster/easier?

    By eating organic foods, you decrease the number of toxins in your body so that it runs more effectively. When your body's systems are working at their best, you will be better at eliminating waste, digesting, and will have more energy. In that sense, organic foods are way better for dieting.

      You might also find that organic produce has more nutrients in it as a whole because they are grown in better soil.
