Is it possible to build muscle while losing weight at the exact same time?  I’ve heard a lot about trying not to lose muscle, but what if you’re hoping to build it?  I’m not looking to look like a gladiator or wrestler or something, but I would like to have a nice shape to my arms.  I’m also hoping not only to lose fat in my butt, thighs, and middle, but also to tone there, though I don’t need to build.  Any suggestions?  Is this even possible?
