Talking with others and getting your mind off the day-to-day is healthy for your mind and can help you stay positive, which is a very important tool for weight loss in my opinion!

A diet pill that provide you with more energy. Something with a bit of caffeine (not a lot) or if you don't want caffeine then something with b12. I find having energy is the most useful when it comes to losing weight because when you're more active you just tend to feel better and make better choices in my experience.

Yeah, probably a fitness tracker that records your steps and calories (maybe your heart rate too if this is important to you). You might find diet pills helpful as well and maybe some exercise equipment. It all depends on you weight loss strategy.

I'd say a fitness tracking, a tape measure, a calorie tracking app and a scale.
