Is it better to take B&A's weekly, monthly or every few months? Anyone have any thoughts on the best way to do it to see the biggest difference?

I say once a month is best. Any more than that and I doubt you're likely to see any real difference. You don't want to make the mistake of becoming obsessive about taking photos too much and you might find it discouraging if you're looking to see results but you don't see any because you're taking pictures too close together. B&A's take patience.

Honestly only you can figure out what works for you. Personally, I find tracking month by month is when you can really see the most difference and then it's really cool to go back over a year's worth of photos.Originally posted by antoniojones1968 View PostWhat about once every two months? I would commit to once a month. You'll like looking at the results this way. Take a pic on the last day of every month so you don't forget. Make this a habit, always try to take the same picture and create a collage so you can see your progress month by month.
