Does anyone else find that some quotes really help to move them forward when they're starting to lose steam?

quotes can do a lot of good because they get you thinking.

I'm really off and on about quotes. I do find that if they're worded really great, they can be a reminder of the attitude adjustment that I need to stick to if I want to lose the weight with as little bother as possible. Still, though, I also find some of them really sappy, obvious, or schmaltzy, so that just makes me roll my eyes and want to go on in a more sarcastic way.
