Try something new
If you feel like you're in a rut, it's never too late to try something new. Whether it is something weight loss related or not, do something that will make you feel good about yourself. A little challenge can make you feel great about who you are, especially during times like these.Tags: None

Congratulations on taking the first step toward fitness and purchasing a gym membership. Classes with a trainer will be more effective, but in any case, it's up to you to decide.

I've taken up sewing. I'm not sure if I like it yet, LOL, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. I almost gave up when I sewed the shirt I was wearing to the pants I was hemming though...
