    started a topic Successes!

    Successes!

I'd like to start a thread where we share our successes after the dreaded weigh in.

Whatever you want to share is fine. Meeting goals, losing more weight than you expected ...or not gaining as much as you thought over Thanksgiving ha ha.

To get the ball rolling, here's my first success:

Regardless of the Thanksgiving weekend, when I did not behave as weight-friendly as I could, I still managed to lose one pound last week and brought myself to the 15 pounds-lost milestone!

I feel great! Who else has been successful in their efforts?

I'm just pretending the holidays didn't happen and am starting fresh so I don't have to live with the guilt lol

I feel that I've had a personal success because I finally managed to eat a holiday dinner without completely stuffing my face.

I had a reasonable portion of everything, and I know that I blew my calorie budget, but I didn't eat until I was ready to explode, and now I'm ready to go back to my regular diet again so that I can continue my weight loss!

That'd probably be a good idea after the holidays, since we all know we'll have slipped in one way or another. The de-tox'll get us on track again!

My diet had plateaued, so I did a detox cleanse over last weekend and I'm right back to my usual weekly weight loss rate again.

    Good work!

I lost 1.5 pounds last week. I hope I'll be saying that I lost 26 pounds soon!

Great job! You must feel incredibly proud of yourself!

I'm still at the very start of my own journey, but I'm proud of my 2 pounds last week. One day I'll be able to post something similar of my own!
