They do have food, but they have recipes, too. It can be up to you

What part didn't work for you? I've actually been hearing some pretty good things about this diet and I was going to consider it. The fact that it didn't work for you interests me because I don't want to sign up if the same problems will happen to me.

LA weight loss - tried it for a month. Lost weight for 2 weeks and plateaued already at 3 weeks. very expensive for that knid of result.
