Can you do it for free?

Is it possible to take part in LA Weight Loss for Free or a way to follow the program without joining it? I know that sounds kinda cheap of me, but I'm a little strapped for cash at the moment and would like to give something new a try to boost my motivation and my mood.

Wow I had no idea. I mean this shouldn't surprise me that they sold so many products, all these diets do, even weight watchers does. They all just seem like scams to me.

While that's fine and all, the only trouble is that if you want to copy this, it will actually take you more time to copy the diet cause you'll need to make the food instead of just buying a pre-made product.
