I know that this diet can get pretty pricey. Is there any way to do it without dropping all the cash?

Um, I don't really think so. I guess if you didn't want to pay, you'd have to find a way around it like finding out what sort of diet plans they recommend and try to follow them by eating the foods they recommend and engaging in exercises they recommend. That said, you wouldn't be able to benefit from the counselors and all that stuff.

I agree with Christysmiles. If you want to follow the recommendations of LA weight loss and give the diet an honest shot, it is just best to go all out and do it. So, yea, it'll cost you. That said, as long as you budget for it, you'll probably find that it's not so bad. If you're anything like me, I tend to waste money in ways that I don't even realize I'm doing it (ex. buying coffee everyday at Starbucks) because I've gotten into the habit of doing it all the time.

Thanks Burce. That's good advice. I think you're right. There really is no way around the cost unless you cut corners. Maybe if I do budget it it I'll be able to afford it. I might just give it a one month trial to see if it's for me anyway.Originally posted by bruceH View PostI agree with Christysmiles.
