  • How to boost energy

I find with weight watchers I can get my diet under control, but what's a good way to get my energy levels up so that I'll have the motivation I need to exercise. I don't mind if someone wants to suggest diet pills, but if you do, could you be more specific than simply saying "diet pills" that doesn't help me much haha. I'm looking for tips and advice, not just overall general information, please. Thanks :D

I would focus on what you're eating, when you're eating. This can make a difference to energy levels and so can how much sleep you get, as well as you overall activity level. You can always take a diet pill, particularly one that has a thermogenic in it, this may help. Caffeine tends to be a good stimulant. If you don't want stimulants, you can try something like Vitamin B12. You can always ask a pharmacist or a trainer.
