I just wanna ask what is the ideal weight for a man and woman?

I think it depends on your age, your height, and some other factors. Because if you're a man who is 5'8" then your ideal weight won't be the same as a man who is 6'3", right?

Of course, that's not a medical tool, it's just an estimator. Only your doctor can give you your own best weight.

You have the point. Some people wants to be big and some people wants to be sexy and slim.

It's true, and some people are healthy at a different weight than others. I'm only an inch taller than my best friend, but my healthy weight is a lot higher than hers because I have a larger frame than she does. So even when we're the same measurement around the waist, I still weigh around 20 pounds more than her. Body type, age, etc, plays a very important role in determining what the ideal weight is.
