There are so many women who wants to lose weight fast after pregnancy. Because they look still pregnant ever after delivering the bay. I wanted to know that does it possible for new moms to lose weight with in 2 or 3 week?????

I really doubt it. Only because you're still healing when you first have a baby, so you really can't do too much in terms of exercising right off the bat. Also, you aren't back to a normal eating schedule because your days and nights all run together and you have a lack of sleep. I think it's completely possible. Don't worry about dieting - especially if you're breast feeding. In that way, you should be focused on eating healthy, but not on actually reducing your weight. Breast feeding will help you with that, anyway. The key is gentle, regular exercise. Do only what you're comfortable doing, and don't push yourself too hard. Every little bit counts. Getting sleep is also very helpful (easier said than done, right?). So if you can choose between rest and exercise, go for the rest.
