Hi, my name is Laura. I noticed your gaining. What are you trying? I use to do the yo yo affect all the time. I became so depressed by the whole thing and had given up. I went to a seminar about gastric bypass surgury, I decided to go through with it. The ins company said the only way they would pay for it is if I followed the post op to a t. The doctor told me to go on the 1000 calorie diet in order to get fatty out of liver prior to surgury. I started losing. So Im trying to do this without surgury. So far in three months I have lost 70lbs.
