hints for fast weight loss. Lower calories, drink at lest 80 oz water and no other fluids, eat small bites and chew forever (lol) and try to walk more. No sugar and watch fat intake. For a treat I like gourmet jelly beans and I just suck them. Only 2 pieces a week. They are high in calories and a waste of mine. It takes the want for junk out and they taste great. Popcorn shakers are great to!! Popcorn is low in calories and the shakers come in so many flavors, Carmel, Ranch and herbs w/Parmesan is my favorites.
