  • Oh my gosh, I feel dumb. I haven't been checking these private messages and now I see you have been chatting away. So sorry!

    I am familiar with fitday.com. I have used it a number of times but I get fed up with the process really quickly. I know I should stick to it because it is an excellent way to track calories and exercise.

    Thanks for the weight loss hints, they are great. I was wondering how you did it and am relieved to see it wasn't with anything too complicated or expensive. I know I don't drink enough water. I try. I have to get more committed to this process, that's my biggest challenge.

    No kids, but I do work. I consider myself one of the lucky ones these days just by having a steady job. How about you?

    I am trying to think if I have any pointers for you. You seem so much more knowledgeable than I am. I guess one thing I try to avoid is alcohol and sodas. I try my best to just stick to water and one cup of coffee in the morning. Alcohol and sodas are full of empty calories.

    Today I'm going to go for a 2 mile walk. The weather is not very nice, but I'll bring a brolly. What are you doing today for exercise?
