Glad to have heard from you. Still working hard on weight loss. I have found if I confuse my body I continue to lose weight. My doctor had put me on a 1000 calorie diet. I do it for a few weeks, then I go back to 1400 for a month then back to 1000. Also, I don't skip eating. I do have a hard time with drinking enough water. I work, am a wife, mom and grandma. I just turned 40 and want to live for a long time to come. My body is going to get in shape just when is another story. I had so many people say "oh it will take years to loose all your weight". I don't think so. I started in June at 345lbs and I won't stop till I get at a point I am comfortable. I am very stubborn. I want to be healthy and can use pushing when I feel like giving up.
