I don't like water unless it is very cold, so I freeze my bottles. I was doing great on my intake until my bottles got gone. (thanks to my family) I just cant remember or maybe I am to lazy to keep a routine. The timer would just get on my nerve, so yeah, I'm at a loss for how to remember "WATER". Bad thing is the only other fluid I put in my body is one cup of coffee (w/ cream no sugar) in the morning.
