  • that's funny - I don't like water unless it's room temperature. Yes, an egg timer will get on my nerves too, but that's the point. I too most days go until the early afternoon with only having had a cup of coffee to drink. That's bad considering how important staying hydrated is when losing weight. I might still try the timer because I am desperate to change this bad habit.

    Sorry to hear you had a hard day. Other than eating, what are some things you do to relax yourself. Personally, I love taking a long hot bath (the hot temperature kills my appetite too it seems). Another thing I do to unwind is take a walk with my mp3 player and blast opera.
