  • The funny thing is that I weighed myself a few days ago and was down two pounds, but then the next morning I weighed myself again and my weight had gone up 6 pounds. Darn that delicious, and too salty, Thanksgiving dinner. So, yes I think I am losing slowly but I am going to wait to weigh myself until next weekend so that I can hopefully see some progress.

    So did you start your diet today? I had intended to start mine today too. This morning I had a bowl of Raisin Bran with skim milk, a pumpkin spice muffin for lunch and potstickers with salad this evening for dinner. Overall, this has been a good day - no junk food really except that the muffin was NOT low calorie . It's a crime how many calories there are in those things. Anyway, now I hope just to drink water for the rest of the evening and hopefully my hunger won't get the better of me.
