I learned that it takes burning off extra 3500 calories to lose one pound. This means most people will only lose one or two lbs a week. Kinda discouraging, however, its better to lose then gain. At 1lb a week you would still lose at least 50 lbs a year. Its the long hall that I am in it for. Wish you well. What is your goal for this month? My goal is 245lbs by 22nd of oct. That is when I return to doctor. I have been watching my blood levels closely. So far the only thing I have had to take is D+ 3.
