Oh my gosh, I cannot thank you enough for all of this information. I feel so motivated just reading over your suggestions. Tomorrow I will follow your first diet plan suggestion and then I will try to keep to the 1200 calorie diet through the weekend and let you know how it goes. I'm not ready to weigh myself yet - I had another setback today, but I am committed to trying this out.
Why do you have to take vitamin D? Do you have a deficiency? Is that common?
That's great that you got out for a walk/jog. I know you have been struggling with a plateau and one thing that people suggest is that you increase the intensity of your exercise so if you're jogging that should do it. Good for you.
How has your week been going. I hope you haven't had too many stresses. I think stress management should be discussed more when it comes to losing weight cause when we're stressed it is so much more difficult to stay on track.
