Hey, well I hope you are feeling better as of today. I just got home from work and I am so sleepy.
The flax does not taste at all when mixed with any food. So its not hard to do at all.
I go to doctor tomorrow for a check. Hope all looks good. I will let you know. Til then.....ttyl
