Hi my name is Pam. I weigh in at 356 I was looking for a meal plan to lose weight and came across one of your post so I started reading and reading lol. I was curious if you have made of a meal plan for your 1,000 and 1,400 calorie diet and if so would you share. I am seriously in dire need and now have the will power and the want to fix me. I would like to start asap so any suggestions or help would be great.
