  • Thanks so much for the fast response. I started today. My Dr. told me the best way to lose it to eat about every 2 hours. He said to divide the calories up into 6 portions (which is 200 calories). So I'm allowed to eat 6 times and if my eating doesn't add up to 200 calories each time then those are my extra calories to use on my bigger meals. Makes sense to me we shall see how it goes. My problem seems be giving up my tea so have to find something I like without sugars that I can drink.
