I’ve heard that yoga is great for being rejuvenating and getting you going for the day. At the same time, I’ve heard it’s relaxing and can soothe you so you can sleep better. So is it best to do it in the morning or evening?

I have a nighttime yoga video that is 20 minutes long and it's meant specifically for unwinding. If I do it at the end of the day, I find that my mind is calmed and I'm not kept awake "thinking about stuff". I always sleep better when I do that yoga routine. I guess you just have to pick the right one to suit the time of day.Originally posted by thestephs21 View PostGenerally exercising in the morning is preferred because you get the most out of your workout with the energy you have. If you do it at night, you'll get the 'leftover' energy and work from that. Any time would be good though.
