    Best energy booster

Anyone know of a good energy booster that doesn't contain caffeine or other stimulants?

That's a really good point. Improving your body's overall health should go a long way in helping to restore energy, especially when you combine it with proper sleep and other healthy routines. :)

I'm not saying don't take diet pills, only that it's also important to have a look at your lifestyle when it comes to your energy levels as well. :)
That is a good suggestion. Sometimes it is a lot more than what you're putting your body that matters/helps. How you feel mentally and how well rested your body is physically can make a huge difference in how much energy you might have!

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone!

madscientist thanks for the tip. I might try to change things up a bit and try to put myself on a new and better schedule to see if this has a positive effect on my energy levels. :D

Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, CoQ10, Iron, Vitamin B12, Creatine, Tryorsine, and Melatonin are among the different non-stimulant products that some claim can help boost energy levels. That said whether or not this is true, especially in terms of providing you a meaningful boost to support weight loss efforts, is unknown.

Perhaps one that contains vitamin B12. That's a tough question because most well knonwn energy boosters contain a stimulant of some sort. Even green tea and green cofffee bean have some caffeine in it.
