  • Feeling tired all the time

    I feel tired all the time. I'm getting sleep and I'm eating well. I just don't have the energy to get moving and I just don't feel like exercising. What are ways that I can get more energy?

    Maybe the trouble isn't something physical but something mental. How have you been feeling Gina? Stressed? Depressed? These feelings can really hurt your motivation, especially when it comes to exercise. If that's not the issues, see if you can put yourself into a routine, such as get into the habit of exercising every couple of hours for 5 minutes. Being active for a short bursts adds up and can also help you to feel more energized!

      Have you tried a diet pill that works as an energy enhancer? Maybe you just need a little extra support. :)

        Yeah, I guess I haven't been feeling the happiest lately. I suppose that could be making me feel tired. I feel like everything's a little overwhelming in my life right now. Maybe I'll try the exercising for 5 minutes thing. I don't know how they could help but at this point I'm willing to try anything. Thanks :)

          You are likely to notice a difference if you do exercise for short bursts throughout the day. I would also recommend drinking more water and doing something every day that puts a smile on your face, not matter how silly or insignificant it may be. It really sounds to me like you are battling with stress. I hope you find what works for you Gina and you share your progress :)
